Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product. We will work with our print provider to send you a free replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges & Change of Mind
Because our products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please check sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.
Return Address
Do not send products back to the shipping address on your package. Returns sent there will not be accepted. If a return is approved (damaged/defective case), we will provide the correct return instructions.
Refund Process
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
